Biblio Art Prize

We are currently pulling together the 2024/25 Biblio Art Prize exhibition! There are so many moving parts to this show that it's a tricky one to wrangle. The guest judges have been announced - Ararat artists Geoff Todd and Janette Lucas are going to be selecting the Grand Prize this year. Geoff took out the Biblio Art Prize last year and has had a long and successful career as an artist, and Janette, also a very successful artist, children's book writer and illustrator, is currently exhibiting with us!

We have had an unprecedented amount of entries this year, so our selection panel has accepted more pieces than usual, and has also not accepted more pieces than usual. Please be patient with us and understand that it's a physical impossibility to display all works. We'd love for every entry to be a part of the show, and that's why we also offer online display. If you have entered and haven't heard from us, please get in touch.

We can't wait to show you what the artists have done - there are some truly exceptional works in this show. Bring on Summer! The exhibition opens on 14 December and will run until 28 February. We hope you can make it to the opening event and awards night on the 14th at 6pm. (If you are coming along, please RSVP via our events page.)
